“He is here.” Can there be a more profound statement? The mighty God stepped into the confinement of time and place to dwell among His children. If God has touched, healed, or delivered us some time in the past, we may need to check whether we can still be thrilled by His presence. Has the wonder worn off? We may need to make sure that the miracle of His coming among us is embedded more deeply in our hearts than all the other delightful traditions of the Christmas season.
