Leading a Small Group into Real Fellowship by Rev David Huston

The natural condition of most people is disconnected and closed off. Few are experiencing relationships that are real, open, and honest. Yet real relationships are the basis of what the Bible calls fellowship. A Home Friendship Group is the ideal place for these kinds of relationships to form, but it does not happen automatically. Leaders need to understand how to encourage openness and honesty, without compromising truth. This workshop will focus on the skills needed to lead a group into real fellowship.
