The vision portion of the meeting is the most important and most often neglected part of the meeting. Group leaders that fail to recognize God’s expansive design for ministry over time are often surprised and disappointed by their group’s failure to sustain itself indefinitely. The vision is required to keep a group healthy, growing, and moving toward birthing other groups.
