The Temple is an Old Testament representation of the Body of Christ. The message to us today is that the building and perfecting of the Church cannot be accomplished through human ability and strength, but only by the Spirit of the Lord. Nevertheless, it is through human beings that God works, using our hands to lay the foundation and to bring the work to completion.
