It is true that God loves us irrespective of maturity or development. He loves us just the way we are, but He also loves us too much to leave us the same. God helps us to become what He wants us to be. He produces changes that affect the priorities and the abilities of a believer. So, by his Spirit there is a process of growth and maturing that we go through.
The Bible tells us that God is love, and when His Spirit is in us, He enables us to love as we should. While there isn’t a temptation from which we can escape, God provides us each with an open door, and if we are led by the Spirit of God, we will have no difficulty finding it.
