God has given us our lives, our families, our jobs, and many opportunities to glorify Him. We need to thank him every day for His many blessings. We know that a Christ-centered life pleases Him, so, when we choose to ignore our heritage and treat that which is glorious as common, we can’t measure up on God’s balance. Such was the case of King Belshazzar, who was without excuse, because he had witnessed God’s dealings with his proud and disobedient father. This topic asks: do we take for granted the power, grace, and presence of the Lord in our lives? Do we reverence Him for who He is?
