Three Lessons by Joe Tamel
When we think of the qualities that make great leaders, traits such as shyness, reluctance, and fearfulness don't appear on our list, but God endorsed many people with such weaknesses, using them in all their distress to bring about his plan of redemption. Isn't it the case of a small person overcoming great odds that makes the best drama? God chooses those who seem least likely to succeed so that it is clear who is really responsible for the victory. It is God alone who deserves the glory, as the apostle Paul realized, and told us that he is an example of how even the worst of sinners can be redeemed by a God who is both just and merciful.
